Alexandrina’s Encounter Bay Edam is presented in a showy red waxed ball, matured for 6mths. This cheese has a beautiful silky texture and brings a nutty sweet flavour to the palate.

Alexandrina Cheese Company’s land management philosophy incorporates natural systems to support their Jersey herd, with minimal inputs. They do not use chemicals, pesticides or herbicides on grazing lands, and aim to have a zero use policy on use of antibiotics with the cattle.
