How interesting that the US government, under the authority of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has released a new food pyramid guideline that is the most significant reset of nutritional policy for Americans in decades.
The guidelines “deliver a clear, common-sense message to the American people: eat real food”! They also re-establish food, not pharmaceuticals, as the foundation of health. The guidelines now priorities animal sourced protein at every meal and healthy fats from meats.
