Easy sausage rolls!
You’ll need a pack of our Renegade Lamb Sausages and several puff pastry sheets defrosted.
Simply remove skin on sausages and place sausage meat on a sheet of puff pastry (discard the skin). Brush a bit of milk down the side where pastry will meet. Fold pastry over and  press down edges. Brush milk over the top of sausage roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Cut sausage roll into desired sized portions and cook in oven until browned.

Seeding 2025 completed 👍🏻
After a good rainfall to break the dry spell we got organised and seeded our paddocks with a mixed species cover crop that will provide carbon and roots mass to helping to relieve compaction and increase biological activity in the soil. 
Our long term goal is to have perennial pastures but we’ve needed to do a couple of seasons of annual species plants in order to prepare the soil to support perennials.
